Getting Started

Learn how to set up your workspace, configure rewards, and invite employees.

Welcome to RevYoMe! We're thrilled to have you on board. This guide will walk you through the initial setup process to ensure you get the most out of your loyalty program.

1. Complete Your Workspace Profile

Before you start collecting reviews, make your workspace look professional:

  • Go to your Dashboard.
  • Click on Settings > Workspace Profile.
  • Upload a high-quality Logo and a welcoming Cover Image.
  • Ensure your address and opening hours are correct.
Tip: Shops with complete profiles see a 30% higher conversion rate on review requests!

2. Configure Your First Reward

Give your customers a reason to come back. Navigate to the Rewards tab and create a new reward.

Common examples include:

  • Free Coffee after 5 visits
  • 10% Discount on next purchase
  • Free Dessert with a main course

3. Invite Your Team

You can't do it all alone! Invite your staff so they can scan codes too.

Go to Employees and send email invitations. They will receive a link to set up their own access, limited to the Scanner functionality.

4. Download Your QR Code

Finally, go to the QR Codes section. Provide these to your customers to scan. We recommend printing a high-quality stand specifically for your counter.
